Senior and Junior Aerospace/Mechanical Engineers: Postdoctoral/Doctorate/Masters with P.Eng preferred

Space Engine Systems (SES) is hiring multiple positions for Aerospace and Mechanical Engineers with preferably postdoctoral, doctorate, masters with P.Eng status for senior and junior engineers. Must be Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents or US citizens with Canadian work permit. Preference will be given to hands on experienced personnel having worked on rocket engines, turbine engines and other rotating equipment. Experience in design, testing, fatigue, stress analysis and maintenance of turbine engines and other air breathing engines will be an asset. Testing will also involve LH2 and LOx and other cryogenic medium. Will involve extensive turbine engine testing with multi-fuels. The position will be based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and surrounding areas in and around Edmonton. Some international travel to the UK, USA and Europe may be required from time to time. Business Development Manager

Space Engine Systems (SES) is seeking highly experienced personnel to join as the Business Development Manager for our operations in the USA. SES is actively pursuing to set up a base for further ground and launch testing in Florida, USA. This position could be based anywhere in the US. Personnel with extensive experience having dealt with major USA government programmes in Hypersonics, Defense and other commercial projects are an ideal candidate. SES is working on Hypersonic Single Stage To Orbit (SSTO) and is planning to do launch trials from the US and UK sometime in 2023/24 subject to successful ground testing and permits to do experimental launch trials. It is a 100% reusable vehicle and we are not using any toxic fuels. SES is using off the shelf turbine engines and existing supersonic fighter jets all modified and adapted for hypersonic flight to LEO. Keep it simple and don’t reinvent the wheel. Our immediate goal is keep the cost below $950/kg to LEO. Our focus is the Lunar Mission. We are setting up two ground and launch test facilities one in the USA and another in the UK. Personnel with extensive experience having dealt with major UK and Europe government programmes in Hypersonics, military and other commercial projects are an ideal candidate. SES is working on Hypersonic Single Stage To Orbit (SSTO) and is planning to do launch trials from the US and UK sometime 2023/24 subject to successful ground testing and permits to do experimental launch trials.
